I have a masters in city and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania where I learnt skills (data analytics, public and social policy, infrastructure and energy planning, and civic technology) required for creating smart, decarbonized, and equitable climate-adaptive futures. I also have a degree in architecture from the University of Mumbai where I wrote a dissertation on adapting to the climate crisis through anticipatory design. I then worked with indigenous and marginalized communities in Mumbai on issues of affordable housing, sanitation, climate adaptation, and economic development.
